This program is designed to instill a concrete sales process that can be coached to and managed to. It increases sales results by developing core sales skills that include active listening, identifying urgency and true priorities. It is a customer-focused, non-manipulative process that has produces consistent results year after year.
The class consists of 1 day kick-off training to introduce the Integrity Selling concepts, followed by 8 weeks of coaching follow up to insure application.
